MONASTIC ADVENTURE

This a Belgian Ale with a hint to Trappist beer with some light caramel notes and some toasty biscuit flavour with hops citrusy bitterness. The taste is mainly down to the Abbey style yeast to add distinctive spicy and fruity notes, and dry out the finished beer.
THE THIRSTY EAGLE

The Thirsty Eagle is an easy drinkable Helles, with single hops and some Munich Malt. We tried to have a nice Pilsner type of beer with soft bitterness and enough Malty taste to give it some body
MONSTROUS HOPS DISPARITY

We wanted to create a lager beer with some special hops to give a lager some character. The Maris Otter Malt base gives this beer a sweet, balanced complexity while the combination of New Zealand and German hops merges new world tropical juiciness with old world peppery spice.
